Fairies?

Do you believe in fairies? Have you ever seen one before? Please explain your answer.

Hi Mel, about fairies, let me say I don't believe in fairies 'cause I find it absurd, I mean, believe in fairies is as much as believe in ghosts (those ones that look like floating white bed sheets).

I believe in spirits of died people (and for me it's not the same as the ghost I mentioned above), I mean, I believe in angels who are the spirit of those whom I loved so much, like my sweet beloved Grandma.

But fairies, I've never seen one or smelled on, or talked (and tasted) one, or heard one, or touched one.

Well, I've seen (and heard) them in the famous cartoon "The Fairly Oddparents", but that's another topic.

Big greetings and big hugs

Hi Mel, different from Arthur, I do believe in fairies. Even I've never seen one, I'm sure they're here between us.

I say that 'cause I have, well, not fairies, but I have mischievous elfs in my bedroom, we call them "duendes chocarreros", and they always play jokes on me hiding my stuff along the house. But the way to make them return the stolen stuff to me is to put a dish with some candies (sweets) next to the window the whole night, and I get back my stuff in the next morning.

So, if there are elfs, I think there must be fairies, dwarfs or such creatures who can make a kind of magic.

Besides, I also like to watch "The Fairly Oddparents" in the TV.

Greetings and hugs

Nice Day, with my whole soul:
Gusthav

Hi Arthur,
That's okay. I just asked a question. You have not seen any and you don't believe in them. That's a good answer my young friend. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless.

Hi Gusthav,
Folklores say that there are invisible creatures that take care of nature and they are in different forms and functions. You say you believe in elves and have several encounters with them. Must be because you live in a rural setting unlike Arthur who must be living in an urban surrounding. Whatever it is, we believe in things we want to believe in and each person's experience is different from others so we will never know what is exactly happening in the areas we do not see with our naked eyes. Thanks for your valuable point of view. God bless you and your family always my young friend.

Hi Mel,
I do not believe in fairies. But, I do believe in angels. I was going home one winter around a bluff. The road was slick, it was snowing & sleeting real bad. There was a vehicle behind me driving way to close to me. I had lost control over my blazer & I still can't believe I didn't have a wreck. I was really sliding fast every which way. There had to of been & angel & God taking over the wheel that day. I love that song "Jesus Take The Wheel". I sure thanked God for keeping me safe. :-) Robin

Hi Noushy,
Thanks for your admonition. I appreciate that. It does not matter what I believe in. It's just a question and readers are free to state their own opinions. Thanks for your point of view my dear beautiful friend. God bless you and your loved ones always.

Hi Robin,
Yes, there are angels. The Bible has many references to them. I do believe that you were spared by the Lord through the ministry of His angel to save you that fateful day. It is keeping to His promise that He will watch over us, even our comings and goings. I'm still studying all the options to maximize traffic to my sites before I admit ads. I still can't figure out how these different SEO's can deliver their promised traffic. Thanks for your valuable advises. I must admit I'm still a novice in blogging and computer techies. God bless.

Never experienced any personally - but human fairies that I can think of are Mother Teresa, Princess Diana and maybe many more that are not published

How are you my friend?

HI Ceedy,
Thanks for your point of view. Yes, maybe those ladies who have made their contributions in society can be called personal fairies. Thanks for your visit. God bless.
