Cosmetic Surgery, Anyone?

If you have the money, are you in favor of undergoing cosmetic surgery to enhance any part of your body? If yes, what part of your body? Please explain why. If no, please explain your stand on why you don't want to enhance any part of your body.

Hi Mel,
Wow, the picture is really standing out. It caught my attention. My husband would like that. I would not do any cosmetic surgery. I just don't think all of that is safe. As for the picture, that is just excess fat. Some of that is not pretty to look at. Not that I'm looking. Just my opinion. Now when my hair turns grey, I think I will get some hair dye. I don't like the idea of aging. I hope I can handle it. Thanks for visiting & have a great week! :-)

Hi Mel, since I have enough money, then, I'll do. Not for now 'cause I'm still young, but when I become old, I'd immediately go for cosmetic surgery.

Why not? Even today, my... behind is really flat, so I'd "pump up" my pair of... then I'd do a lifting on my face.

Today I use lots of cream after taking a shower. And I've tinted my hair twice, first I tinted it blond, now is tinted red (as the caricature attached to my name).

Finally I'm saterting to do excercise to keep my body thin. And watching carefully what I eat.

Uff, lots of cares on myself, but they make feel fine.

Big greetings and big hugs

Sweet Dreams, from the bottom of my Heart:
Arthur

Hi Mel, I don't money, but even if I'd have, I'd do nothing in my body or face.

It's my destiny to be fat, with dark skin (unlike Arthur, he's got a perfectly white skin), and my black hair.

And I've lived with that, so I'd feel strange in my own body.

That's it, I'd do nothing even if I had money.

Greetings and hugs

Nice Day, with my whole soul:
Gusthav

Hi Robin,
Well said my friend. You know in our country, the Philippines, almost all rich people are resorting to cosmetic surgeries to enhance their natural endowments. Almost all sexy actresses had their boobs enlarged to have more sex appeal. Many fat and obese rich people here also undergo liposuctions and other forms of cosmetic surgeries to take away unwanted fats and have a trim body. Well, people can do what they want with their money. Thanks for your point of view. God bless you and your family always.

Hi Tey,
Well, as I said to Robin, cosmetic surgeries are a vogue in the Philippines. I hope you do well in your commercial blogging so that you can earn enough money to undergo whatever cosmetic surgery you want. I will go to the website you posted and I will surely pray for you. God bless you and your loved ones always my friend.

Hi Arthur,
I was laughing out loud while I was reading your comments. You are meticulous with body care. That's wonderful. Take care of your body even when you are still young and you will live a long, productive and healthy life. Just don't color your hair pink or violet. He, he, he, *lol* Thank you so much my young friend. You just made my day. God bless you and your family always.

Hi Gusthav,
I really like you and Arthur. You are opposite in everything. But what I admire in you most is your inherent humility and your being unpretentious. God loves people with a humble heart. That's okay my friend. You will settle with what the Lord has endowed you with. I respect that point of view. Thanks again and God bless you and your family my young friend.

Enhancement of body parts through cosmetic surgery?? No, never. I would use that money on looking after the poor and the needy. Our body is the gift of God; why do we need to enhance it? God doesnot seem to mind, why should we mind?

Hi Sangeeta,
Thanks for your very emphatic point of view. I really respect and honor it. But some moneyed people have their own notion of using their money to enhance their looks. Nobody can take that right away from them. But you are right, if we are caring and responsible enough, we can use the money to improve the lot of our less fortunate brethren. Unfortunately, that is not the view of most moneyed people. Thanks for your gifted point of view. God bless.

Mel! I love this new blog!!!! I have been SERIOUSLY limited in the amount of time that I spend on the computer because it was causing problems between my husband and I. So I have not visited around as much as I did at one time. I plan on reading a bunch of these and commenting.

Plastic Surgery. Yes, I would. I have had three children and the middle section of my body could use nipped and tucked. I think it would make me feel better and it would make my husband more proud of my appearance.

BUT, it is obviously NOT God's will for me because we are not financially able to spend money on something so SELFISH, and yes, it is selfish and vain. But if you are tithing, giving, and prosperous...then why not?

Hi Jennifer,
If you really like it, then asked the Lord to enable you to get the money for it. It depends on your intentions. If your intention is to look and feel good and make your husband take pride of your new look, I don't see any wrong with that. If we have accepted the Lord and is born again, there is no reason why we cannot enjoy the pleasant things in life that He has ordained for all His children. But we must seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto us. Thanks for your visit and nice comments. God bless you and your loved ones always.

If we being grateful for what God has given us, then enhancement of our body wouldn't be necessary...to me those who went for plastic surgery are the one with low self esteem for whatever reasons...

..should grow old gracefully, why worry??

Hi Noushy,
Thanks for your point of view. I'm really amazed at your conservatism but that's your viewpoint in life and nobody can take that away from you. Thanks so much for your visit and viewpoint. God bless you and your loved ones always my dear beautiful friend.
