Valentine's day for me is not really a day for giving gifts so I don't have a memory of any great gift except well...a pair of gold earrings from my husband.

Ano ba tong spammer dito Mel parang gusto kong tirisin lol!! Block mo nga yang ip nyan.

Gandang tanong ito Mel kasi usually pag ganitong okasyon we recieve material things but if somebody ask like this we tend to forget the material things kahit gaano pa yan ka mahal diba? It just make sense that material things is not the one that makes us happy but kung ano ang trato nang kabiyak natin, or relatives, family and friends.
Materially, I think the gold bracelet with huge heart and the Dooney & Burke barrel purse are the expensive ones. But I like the Valentine cards that hubby gave me pag may isusulat din siya sa loob. It makes the occasion very special.
Happy Valentines day!

Hi Bambie,
God bless you all always.

Hi Bingkee,
That's memorable indeed. Maybe your best memories of Valentines was your Valentine dates with your mister. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi Kim,
How right you are. It is not the expensive gifts that we remember but the endearing words in the cards that we received, for they contained the innermost feelings of the sender. It is always a pleasure and honor kapag nadadalaw ka. Thanks for your visit and valuable comments. God bless you all always.

ako siguro yung pinaka memorable na valentine's gift from hubby was a set of necklace and earrings....first valentine's gift kasi nya yon sakin...kaya memorable....ehehhehe!

this year...I won't expect anything...kasi we just got back from a trip...and we spent a lot of money....mas importante magkakasama kaming magcelebrate as a family on Sunday...:)

ikaw kuya Mel? what was your unforgettable valentine's present?

=========
nako kuya Mel..over all ata is 18-19 hours your flight namin...pero we have lay overs naman...still very tiring parin!

it took us 5 flights to get to Cagayan de Oro...and going back we spent a couple of days sa Cebu and 1 day sa korea....oo, inireserba ko yung mga kuha ko sa probinsya para sa future posts ko...lol!

Hi Arvin,
Happy Valentines Day din. Salamat sa dalaw. Pagpalain ka nang Diyos sa tuwina.

Hi Dhemz,
Salamat sa dalaw at God bless you all always.

hello KuyaMel, andito me ulit...nakikisawsaw...ehehhe!

nako, dpo! isa lang ang province ko...sa Cagayan de Oro lang po....d kasi, I made a promise kasi dati na everytime uuwi kami ng pinas....dadalaw kami sa cebu para mag simba sa Sto. Nino Basilica....parang panata kung baga...ehehhehe!

hahhaa, natatawa ako sa mga comments mo Kuya....lol! about naman sa sparrow...pagkaka alam ko "pipit" yon sa tagalog eh...am not sure...narinig mo na ba tong kantang ito about sa pipit? hehehe!

"May pumukol sa pipit
Ngunit parang taong bumigkas,
"Mamang kay lupit,
Ang puso mo'y di na nahabag,
Pag pumanaw ang buhay ko,
May isang pipit na iiyak."

Mel Avila Alarilla said...

Hi Dhemz,
God bless you all always.

Hi Bambie dear,
Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you all always.
