Hi Jennifer,
How I missed you my friend. That's a wonderful way of counteracting your frustrations except for the food of course, hehehe, lol. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi Dhemz,
Napakagastos mo pala pag may frustrations, hehehe, joke lang. Well, we all have our own ways of dealing with frustrations. Shopping is better than losing your cool and berating everybody in your household. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

before answering that, nakakatuwa naman ang mga pictures lol..

How do I deal with frustrations in life? hmm parang napaisip na naman ako. Im not the person who usually begs for something I know I can't have. Siguro sa mga na-experience ko, good or bad, napalawak ko ang outlook ko sa buhay. Natuto akong wag mag-expect masyado. Basta i do my best sa lahat, kung hindi man mapasa-akin, ok lang, if i get what i want, thank you Lord. Ive learned din great expectations equals great disappointments.

AM i making sense? hehe

what is my greatest frustration in life? Well siguro yung having a complete family. Separated na kasi parents ko since elementary. SO thankful lang na naging friends din sila eventually, pero during those times na lumalaki kami na hindi kumpleto, syempre wish namin lagi na sana magkabalikan sila. Anyway, now that i have my own family, I'll do my best to work things out if ever man magka-problem. SYempre kasama na rin po ang prayers. Ora et Labora

I usually just think of it as my cross, a cross that I should carry. Initially, these frustrations are not really about other people or situations but it's all about me. I view it as an opportunity to grow, to change or do something. So, before it destructs my mood, I should have it figured out what makes me really upset and frustrated. Then and only then can I do something about it. It's as simple as defining problems in Math:) before solving it...
Greatest frustrations? Nope, they just come and go... but I always deal with it so it won't haunt me in the end:)

Hi sis Pia,
Yes, prayer is the best remedy for frustrations. The Holy Spirit will give us His fruit which include patience if we are humble and obedient enough to His will. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi Bambie,
Pa effects lang yung pictures at talagang walang kinalaman sa topic dito. It's good that you have a very positive outlook in life. Naniniwala rin ako na ang frustrations ay sanhi ng sobrang expectations in life. If we live simple lives walking in the will of the Lord ay mako content tayo ano man ang ibigay Niya sa atin. It is really frustrating to grow with your parents separated. Pero that's life. We can never have everything we want in life. Thanks for your visit and honest comments. I really appreciate that. God bless you always.

Hi Shawie,
Very profound ang answers mo. Very positive din na i consider mo na personal cross ang frustrations in life. What's important is that we were able to deal with them positively. It helps if you have a very philosophical attitude in life just like yours. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Frustrations?? I do pray Mel in anything that I do I start it with prayer. Then I cry, then I like to be alone after that okay na din ako. Frustrations is something not to be taken seriously because life is full of frustrations but on the other side of the coin blessings flooded our life too. It only takes a whole lot of thanking and seeing it to know that we are blessed.
Thanks for dropping always sa blog ko I do appreciate it much. God bless!!

Hi Kim,
I like your way of dealing with frustrations. Very positive. I'm glad that you are appreciative of my visits and comments to your blog. Thank you so much for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

I do two things: keep my frustrations in prayers and talk to the right people-not just to anybody, but people who will give you the right guidance and support. The wrong ones would gossip about your problems to others and worse, feed wrong ideas to you and make you build more negativities. My greatest frustration in life is seeing people being so reckless in their life decisions and then come to others for help, i.e., losing money on gambling and then asking people to loan them money.

Hi Rose,
Let us not relax and continue to vote for her everyday. God bless you always.

Hi Rose Belle,
You do make the right sense in treating your frustrations in life. And they seem to be the best remedies. Praying and talking to the right persons who can keep a secret and are trustworthy are probably the best recourse against frustrations in life. Thanks for your visit and pragmatic viewpoints. God bless you always.
