I drink more tea.My favorite is green tea with peach....I occasionally drink coffee , probably once or twice a week.
But now I'm pregnant, no more coffee. Caffeine is bad for pregnant women..

Hi Ms Pennylane,
Yes, coffee gives us that instant burst of energy that gives us that needed push to start our day. Drinking decaffeinated coffee will assure us that we will not have coffee nerves. Thanks for your visit and valuable commentary. God bless you always.

Hi Jessie,
You're welcome my friend. Just don't drink too much coffee because it will give us coffee nerves and will keep us awake all night. But there are those who can tolerate strong coffees. Good for them. Thanks for your visit and God bless you always.

I like both. But I like coffee on a daily basis. I need at least 2-3 cups in the morning. I drink tea if I have a cold or sore throat, its soothing for that.

Hi Shawie,
Good thing you have not developed coffee nerves. Anyway, coffee serves as a strong booster to others. It keeps them alert and wide awake to do the important things they have to do. Thanks for your visit and warm comments my friend. God bless you and your loved ones always.

Hi Wendy,
Yes, doctors say that tea is a good health drink that flushes the toxins out of our body. But I read too that coffee is also loaded with antioxidants that help reduced the presence of free radicals in our body. Thanks for our visit and valuable viewpoint. God bless you and your loved ones always.

I'm more of a coffee drinker than a tea drinker.
I like the taste and aroma of coffee... though it's been months since I stopped drinking coffee. My doctor advised me not to drink any kind of beverage... milk is fine... h2o is best.

Hi T3ss4,
Yes, coffee is indeed an indispensable fare of almost all peoples of the world except in many Asian and European countries where tea is their main morning and afternoon drinks. Of course, milk is always better than coffee and we have to drink lots of water. Thanks for your visit and wonderful comments. God bless you always.
