I am so much fear in life Sir Mel that even saying it makes me shiver. If only we can control any thing and circumstance to not to happen, i would control to stay all of us alive. I afraid of being left by my loveones. I am scared of losing any of my loveones, family, friends. I always said to myself and even pray to God to take me first.

With three losses in my family I think I fear death. But I had that feeling when my mother died, unlike my father I haven't feared that much maybe because my mother is still alive. But when my mother passed away it was when I feared so much, I remember that feeling very well because I cried and cried going to the cemetery for her interment. Until I don't have tears to shed. I can attest na maubusan pala tayo nang luha because I had that experienced.
Then I fear snake, oh last night I watched this show on Discovery channel and it is about snakes I can't stand watching it, it makes cringe and all my hairs just stood up LOL!! Happy weekend and God bless!!

If I had been asked this question 10 years ago, it would be the fear of being separated from my loved ones (death). Until the whole emptying, purification and unlearning happened to me 9 years ago, things had changed pragmatically and abruptly. Those were tough moments but it was worth the while. I mean, the whole process of uprooting-from-my-clinging struggle was so uninvited and I came undone. But God worked beautifully in His time and after I was done with that ordeal, I see death in a different light and no matter how much I looked into my inner core now, I don’t find any fear. I came to love life and be grateful everyday:))
thanks for the uplifting words on my blog, Mel... it's very much appreciated:)
God Bless,
Shawie

Hi Shy,
Sabi nga sa Bible, "you shall know the truth and the truth will set you free." At saka, "Cast your cares to the Lord and He will sustain you, He will never let His righteous fall." Sinabi Niyang huwag tayong mabalisa. Kung paanong inaalagaan Niya at pinapakain ang mga ibon sa himpapawid ay mas lalo Niya tayong kakalingain basta magtiwala lang tayo sa Kanya. I will pray for you my friend so that you can be free from all your fears. Salamat sa dalaw at honest comments. God bless you all always.

Hi Kim,
Yes, almost all people fear death. That is a natural feeling placed by God in our minds for self preservation. However, if our lives are in the Lord, we need not fear death. Most women fear snakes. But snakes are harmless if they are not unnecessarily disturbed. They even have that natural fear of men and will avoid men as much as they can. Thanks for your visit and interesting point of view. God bless you always.

Hi Shawie,
I'm so glad that you have found peace with yourself and with life that you no longer fear death. Knowledge of who we are and what we are here for give us that confidence to go through life without that inherent fear of death or even failure. You are welcome. Thanks for your visit and profound comments. God bless you always.

Hi Mel, that is what my husband told me about snakes. Anyhow, I already see meme's before but didn't take noticed at all. Now that I've join some, it is kind of fun because the entry is already made but I also see to it that I visited almost all of the participants and they visit you too. So the flow of visitors is broaden and often time you gain friends outside from our comfort zone which makes it fun. Happy weekend!! God bless!

losing someone important to me is my greatest fear.. at ngayon andito na si ANzu, fear ko din magkasakit sya or magkasakit ang isa sa amin (hubby), as in serious illness.. you'll never know din kasi talaga.. I always pray for good health pero syempre kailangan hindi lang pray, we should also have a healthy lifestyle.

Thanks for this =)

Hi Bambie,
We should not unduly worry. Worrying does not do anything but cause more harm than good. We should entrust our loved ones to God and turn over to Him all our fears and worries. As the Bible says, "Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things will be added unto you." Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.
