i believe they do exist. yeah, they have websites. the fact that they worship satan, they worship his very being and therefore they follow his ways. we all know that his ways are evil to the very core. what else can we expect from satan worshipers but to spread what satan do best --- everything evil.

I think satan is a product of human's illusion. So, they are just exist in our mind.
