Vegetable eater definitely. More variety that way! My daughter is a vegetarian and she seems to get by fine without meat.

Hi Jennifer,
Yes, research showed that vegetable eaters live a longer and less diseased life than meat eaters. Thanks for your visit and informed comments. God bless you always.

Hi Karen,
You did not specifically answered the question which is a choice of only one kind but you're free to put in any answer and I respect that. Thanks for your visit and your honest viewpoint. God bless you always.

I'm both...although I only put a small portion of red meat on every stir-fry I cook... my body needs some protein as well as my tongue, hehehe... it's my acquired taste.
I grew up eating veggies coz meat is very expensive (when we were kids) and it's only available every Sunday at the market. Every time we have pork adobo in the table, it's a treat for us!:)

I prefer vegetables more though I might miss my favorite beef dishes. But I was used to eating more veggies since I was a child, and eating veggies every single day of my life is no problem,

Hi Shawie,
Nice to know that you prefer vegetable to meat although you cannot altogether take out meat from your diet. Those who subsist to a diet of fruits, vegetable, rice and fish live a longer life mostly free from debilitating diseases. Those were the staple food of our ancestors. Thanks for your visit and viewpoint. God bless you always.

Hi Bingkee,
Most Filipinos especially those who grew up in the provinces are used to eating more fruits and vegetables. Continuing such trend with no processed food would keep our lives longer and less troublesome from unwanted diseases. Thanks for your visit and for sharing with us your viewpoint. God bless you always.

I love fish and vegetables, Mel. In the past I love to eat chicken but since 2004, I turned to veggies for it is lighter and healthier.
