i think i'd like to try the train this time... i've tried the bus before but never the train yet. we don't have any decent train here for that right? or do we?

It depends. If it's going to the opposite coast, I will take the airplane. But choosing between a bus or train, I'd rather take the train because it's speedier. The bus takes forever. The bus takes the road which can be affected by traffic, and stops at some certain destinations for rest, while the train runs on railroad tracks which are not affected by any traffic condition.

Hi sis Pia,
Don't try to ride the train here. The views are so deplorable, full of shanties everywhere. You have to keep your windows closed because the squatters would sometimes throw human feces at the train for disturbing them with its loud horn noise. Train in other countries are very comfortable and the scenery is fantastic. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

Hi Bingkee,
Trains in developed countries are very comfortable and punctual. Sad to say, that is not the case here in the Philippines. Our train system here is as rotten as our government officials. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.

As much as I would love to try to ride both of those transportation here in the US... my husband wouldn't come with me, lol! He never had ridden any of those too... strange, huh?

Hi Shawie,
Yes, it's strange. Well, your husband has his own reason for that. But riding a train in the US is a fulfilling experience. What with the beautiful scenery along the way and the comfortable accommodation inside the train. Thanks for your visit and wonderful comments. God bless you always.

I haven't ride a train and I love to do it specially the bullet train. But any of the two I would prefer as long as they are comfortable to ride.

Hi Manang Kim,
It is really a fantastic experience to ride the trains in developed countries. The view are simply relaxing. Not so in our country where you just see all the squatter shanties along the way and you have to close the window of your train car or run the risk of being hit by urine and feces thrown by irate squatters roused from their sleep. Thanks for your visit and comments. God bless you always.
