I think you're quite late in asking, Mel. But of course, I am still willing to share my answer here.

Anyway, I will go for Manny not because I am a Filipino but because I really think he can win.

Why? Because I can still feel his eagerness to win, not just because of money or pride but also winning is still inside his heart. Considering that he's a smarter fighter now.

Oscar I think has lost his touch of winning, as I saw him rise, fall, and rise again.

Stats consideration, Oscar maybe be stronger. But we all know that he has lost in his last few fights.

Manny is still in his height of his career, while Oscar has passed his time.

Size vs. speed. Experience vs. youth. Name vs name. Dignity vs. heart. Pride vs. honor. Goliath vs. David. You know who won, right?

Thanks!

Hi Angel,
Yes, I agree with you that it is a little late for me to ask but I can still join the Manny Pacquiao bandwagon, can't I? Those SEOs are always tuning in on what's hot and I'm just joining the trend. Yes, I also agree with all your intelligent assessments. Manny is the hungrier fighter who does not shirk on punishing his body in training and has the whole Filipino nation on his shoulders every time he fights while Oscar de la Hoya is a certified multi millionaire who has grown soft with his easy lifestyle. You cannot just cram on training and desire. Manny will surely win because he has more heart and more desire to win. Thanks for your visit and intelligent comments. God bless you and your loved ones always.

Hi Caca,
Uy pati boxing nagko comment sya. Siyempre Pacquiao tayong lahat. He galvanize our nation the way no Filipino can do at this point in time. Pacquiao is destined to be great and a saving feature for all Filipinos who still wallow in poverty and self degradation. Thanks frend sa visit mo at usual comment mo. Suki na talaga, hehehe. God bless you always my frend and young poetess.
